Co- founder & CTO
Mr. Lior Ophir (co-founder and CTO) is an expert in digital communication systems and signal and video processing with over 25 years of experience in research and development of algorithms for various wired and wireless communication and video technologies and leading roles in the development of communication and video standards such as IEEE 802.11, DOCSIS, WHDI, HPNA.
In 2016, together with Shlomi Arbel, Lior founded Telicomm Ltd. where he holds a CTO position.
Lior’s profound mathematical, analytical and technical knowledge and experience is the essence of Telicomm's unique and innovated video-aware-network technology as well as Telicomm’s patent-pending P-VANTM technology.
Lior Holds a B.Sc. (Summa cum laude) and MSc. (Cum laude) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tel-Aviv University.
Boaz or Shraga
Chairman and Acting CEO
Over 20 years of experience in the Israeli high-tech scene. Served as VP of business development in Elbit, Head of Sales at Motorola Israel, lead sales, held BD and senior R&D management roles, led Motorola Ventures Israel. Has served as a member of the board of directors of various start-ups and now serves as chairman of the board of several start-ups.
Holds an EMBA from Northwestern Kellogg, Physics & Mathematics degrees from Tel Aviv University and Electrical Engineering degree from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Shlomi Arbel
Co- founder
Mr. Shlomi Arbel (co-founder) holds a BSc degree in Electronics Engineering from Tel-Aviv University, management executive program from Tel-Aviv University and Director qualification. Shlomi is former CEO and founder of Olion Technologies, acquired in 2014. Shlomi has +20 years of management experience in local and international companies in the high-tech industry, and strong business & sales experience in the HLS and smart city market. Shlomi has experience in fundraising activities from private investors and VC’s and leading capabilities, together with strong personal communication skills, to connect employees and customers to work in full business cooperation.
