Lior Ophir
Co- founder & CTO
Mr. Lior Ophir (co-founder and CTO) is an expert in digital communication systems and signal and video processing with over 25 years of experience in research and development of algorithms for various wired and wireless communication and video technologies and leading roles in the development of communication and video standards such as IEEE 802.11, DOCSIS, WHDI, HPNA.
In 2016, together with Shlomi Arbel, Lior founded Telicomm Ltd. where he holds a CTO position.
Lior’s profound mathematical, analytical and technical knowledge and experience is the essence of Telicomm's unique and innovated video-aware-network technology as well as Telicomm’s patent-pending P-VANTM technology.
Lior Holds a B.Sc. (Summa cum laude) and MSc. (Cum laude) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tel-Aviv University.
Roy Matas
VP Marketing & Biz Dev
Mr. Roy Matas is an engineer with over 25 years of technology business development, sales, and product marketing experience, in corporate and start-up environments, as manager and individual contributor, running client projects and commercial programs.
In 2019, Roy joined Telicomm Ltd. where he holds a VP Marketing & Business Development position.
Roy’s brings intensive experience in technology product marketing and building distribution channels in Europe and other global markets.
Roy Holds a B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel, and he is an MBA Graduate from IMD Lausanne, Switzerland.
Shlomi Arbel
Co- founder
Mr. Shlomi Arbel (co-founder) holds a BSc degree in Electronics Engineering from Tel-Aviv University, management executive program from Tel-Aviv University and Director qualification. Shlomi is former CEO and founder of Olion Technologies, acquired in 2014. Shlomi has +20 years of management experience in local and international companies in the high-tech industry, and strong business & sales experience in the HLS and smart city market. Shlomi has experience in fundraising activities from private investors and VC’s and leading capabilities, together with strong personal communication skills, to connect employees and customers to work in full business cooperation.
Sigalit Arbel
Vp Operation and HR
Ms. Sigalit Arbel has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Tel Aviv (1996) and Government and a Bachelor in Laws from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya (2001). Sigalit is Telicomm VP operation and HR. She brings vast experience of more than 10 years as Director of Business Development at an international public company in Israel Aerospace Industries. Sigalit is expert in researching and identifying opportunities for collaboration, develops, coordinates and executes company strategy working in parallel with organizational interfaces – communication, marketing engineering, projects, finance and operations in the organization, and managing complicated supply chain with suppliers from different expertise
Erez Kedem
VP Technology
Mr. Kedem has proven track record in development of algorithms and scalable products.
He holds BSEE degree form Tel Aviv University Summa Cum Laude.
Previously he was the Co-founder and CTO of Israeli Internet Companies: G-Connect, Modooloo, Img.Ads, Iago and one of the first employees at Orckit communications.
